DaySmart needed to operationalize AI across multiple vertical SaaS platforms that produce different data behaviors and KPIs. Early experiments with ChatGPT lacked production-grade integration, security controls, and automation. DoiT engineered, deployed, and stabilized the initial production system while DaySmart's engineers continued their existing roadmap, shipping an AI capability in ninety days with zero engineering lift.
DaySmart achieved faster time-to-value with 90-day AI delivery, unified cloud visibility across acquired product lines, and operational efficiency without compromising innovation. The new architecture establishes a future-proof foundation for vertical intelligence across all product lines, enabling context-aware insight generation tuned to each industry. The platform supports self-serve analytics, conversational interfaces, and flexible reporting backed by scalable LLM execution. DaySmart plans to expand conversational AI capabilities, embed proactive business coaching, accelerate international deployments, and democratize AI internally for non-technical teams.
